The Lady Chapel is available for individual prayer during church opening hours and you are welcome to come into church to light a candle on in memory of someone important, or to help you to focus on a person or situation that has been on your heart.
Please note that the church isn’t generally open to the public outside of regular service times, although there may be occasions when it is possible to visit outside of these hours.
Parking
During the day, there is visitor parking along the South Avenue, which runs next to St. George’s.
The South Avenue gates are generally locked at around 9:00pm each weekday evening so parking for anything other than church events or Parish Room bookings is strongly discouraged.
Disabled Access
St. George’s Church, and the Parish Rooms, are equipped for disabled access into most areas of the buildings, although the nature of the church building means that there are some limitations for wheelchair users.
