The Singing Group sings for the 4:00pm Sunday evening service about once a month, as well as for other occasional Services throughout the year.
The emphasis is on enjoying and sharing our singing in a relaxed, informal, atmosphere, as well as enjoying our fellowship together.
The music used has a modern flavour, is gradually introduced to the congregation, and draws on contemporary Christian resources and liturgy.
We practise in church for around an hour before each service to prepare the music we’re going to sing that day.
There is no audition whatsoever, and everyone is very welcome to come and join us, whatever their singing ability.
