St George's Pre-School Playgroup 


Playgroup is situated in the Parish Room; we take children from 2 years 6 months till school age. We are registered with Ofsted and in our last inspection we gained the top award for pre-school playgroups.


We accept 3 and 4 year old educational grants and can offer children a maximum of 5 sessions per week.


Opening times:                 Monday           9.00 - 3.00

                                    Tuesday           9.00 – 3.00

                                    Wednesday       9.00 – 3.00

                                    Thursday          9.00 – 11.30

                                    Friday              9.00 – 11.30


From January till July we also open on Thursday and Friday afternoons when we hold our Pre-school sessions.These cater for children going to school the following autumn. This enables us to have an environment which is more similar to a reception class and to provide a smooth transition from playgroup to school.
