Our Faith

We believe in a personal and loving God who longs to be in relationship with each one of us, a God who has revealed himself most fully through the person of His Son, Jesus Christ, who lived and died and rose again, to open the way to God.

And we believe that the Holy Spirit is at work today in the world and in the church and in individual lives, inspiring, comforting, challenging, fulfilling. 

St. George’s is part of the Church of England. The Church of England believes that God speaks to us through the Bible and through our tradition and through our reason. .

Ours is a living and an exciting faith. It is good news for the world. God changes lives. He makes us whole.
