"Encounter" is the name of an exciting Fresh Expression project being run by St. George's in collaboration with St. Michael's, Bramhall.

Encounter is a space where you can meet God. It invites you to spend an hour of your time every other month to take a step back and reflect on the meaning of life with like-minded people. It is be a place to explore faith and fellowship in a safe and unpressurised environment. During an Encounter service, there are readings, prayers, Christian music both ancient and modern, and space to "be".

Encounter ran successfully throughout 2010, and will also run in 2011. More details can be found on the Encounter website:
